How is shopping/pickup affected?

As of June 11th, the Province of Ontario entered Step One of its Roadmap to ReopenThis means we are now officially open for in-store shopping! We still offer local or curbside pickup during our normal business hours as well. The email that notifies you of your order being ready will contain instructions of our current pickup procedure.

Please do not arrive until you receive your pickup notification email.

How is shipping affected?

Please understand that shipments may be delayed. We try our best to process shipments within 1-3 business days (Tues-Sun), but once they are dropped off at the post office, we have no control over how long they take to arrive.

As of March 18, 2020, Canada Post suspended on-time delivery guarentees due to the unique circumstances that are going on. The suspensions remain in effect.
