In-Store & Curbside Pickup Policy

Pickup Policy

After placing an order please wait 1-3 days for your order to be prepared. It will NOT be ready until you a receive a pickup notification email or phone call. If it has been more than 3 days and you haven't received a notification (remember to check your junk/spam folders), please contact us.

Pickup Procedure

When your order is ready, please bring both your order number/confirmation email and a valid piece of photo ID. We may decline to release an order if you do not have valid ID with you.

Please make sure you provide the exact name shown on your ID when placing your order. If you have a different preferred name, you can include that as well, but please make sure that the name on your ID appears somewhere in the information you enter, such as the notes section.

Please DO NOT give your ID to the person picking up the order. They will need to provide their own ID. If you would like to have someone else pickup on your behalf, you must leave their name in the order notes or email us at with their name and your order number.

Curbside Procedure

We are pleased to offer you the option of curbside pickup. The same conditions apply as above (please have order number and photo ID ready) but please call us upon arrival at (365) 608-4036 and we will give you instructions on how to proceed.
