ALL TCG sealed products, TCG singles, comics, graphic novels and sale items are final sale.
We do not offer any refunds, however we offer a 15-day exchange policy on all other products aside from those listed above. This means that you have 15 days after receiving your item to either request an exchange or recieve in-store credit.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at email@example.com or complete it in-person at our store.
If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the exchange.
Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange, or anything not meeting our exchange eligibility requirements will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve things. Providing photos will greatly assist this process and help us resolve things as soon as possible.
