Shipping Policy

All shipping rates are calculated at checkout

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Tues-Sun). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you notice your box is damaged upon arrival, if possible, please record yourself opening the product to confirm any possible damage. Email us about the issue and we will work with you to get things solved.

You may need to contact the shipment carrier (Canada Post) to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Currently we only ship through Canada Post. We apologize if your country is not supported by Canada Post, but feel free to message us at and we will try our best to accomodate.

We are not responsible for any customs, duties, or other fees incurred after the initial transaction has been processed.

Oversized Orders & Special Circumstances

In certain cases, additional shipping charges may be required. In these situations you will be contacted to arrange for payments. If you wish to cancel your order at that time we will offer you a refund, however there is a 5% processing fee.


We pride ourselves on packaging our products as safely & securely as possible. We handle and ship all of our products with the same love and care, whether it be a $5 item or a $500 item.

All comics are bagged, boarded and securely packaged.

If there is ANY issue with your order please contact us as soon as possible and we will work to resolve the issue.
